How it works
- Recorded hours count the time Light-Lux listens. Paused time doesn't count, and a recording shared by teammates on the same call counts once.
- Extra hours on Pro and Team are $0.30 each, taken from credit you add in advance. Light-Lux never stops a recording part way through: limits apply when the next one starts.
- Team covers everyone on your team, and its seats follow the team's size.
- Government addresses start on Free, like everyone, and use Government seats for more. Its hours are fair use, never charged more.
- Plans renew until cancelled. Change or cancel yours, and find your receipts, in Settings → Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars, with taxes added where the law requires. See the terms.
